Do we charge for call outs?

Yes. We charge £48.00 for an initial call out, which is payable on the day of the callout, however if you require parts fitting, and you have the repair done with us then we knock £24.00 off the final invoice.

Can you provide me with boiler spare parts?

Yes. We can provide you with spare parts for almost any make and model of boiler even if another gas engineer has told you your boiler is obsolete give us a call and we can more than likely can source the part you are looking for.

Boiler repairs are carried out quickly, efficiently and honestly.

In the unlikely event that another company has misdiagnose a boiler fault or a heating fault, we will take back the part, install the correct part, and you will only be charged for that, the initial visit and the labour for the correct part.
